Why do we recommend sending a notification to the receiver?

We have learned from our background that if the shipper notifies the receiver regarding the time slot he is supposed to receive the parcel, the success delivery rates are much higher.

Keep in mind that the transporter will not be responsible for any charges in case of failed delivery. This failure can provoke storage charges as well as re-delivery fees so make sure the receiver will be at the destination for the delivery.

How do I track my parcel?

A tracking number will be automatically generated once you finalize the payment through our platform. On the other hand, this tracking number will not be activated since operations didn't start yet.

Usually the tracking number will display data 24h to 48h after the pick up at the origin.
